FREE UK DELIVERY
- Spend over £50 and you can choose Free UK Standard Delivery. This is a Hermes Tracked Only Delivery service. (Only England Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales)
- Spend over £90 and you can choose Free Next Working Day Delivery. This is a DPD Tracked and Signed Delivery Service (Only England Mainland, Scotland and Wales)
DELIVERY HELP
Next Working Day Delivery Orders made before 15:00 GMT will be dispatched the same day, for delivery the following working day. If you place an order on a Friday before 15:00 GMT, you will not receive your order until Monday unless you have chosen Saturday or Sunday Delivery.
All other orders will be dispatched the same day or following working day and you will receive your order between the days listed above.
NEXT WORKING DAY TERMS
- If you know you won’t be in to sign for your parcel, you can requested to leave it with a designated neighbour OR nominate a safe place for the driver to leave it.
- Should you opt to ‘leave in a safe place’ surrendering a signature, please be aware that this is at your own risk and Nîmes Ltd. cannot be held accountable for missing orders.
- Once your order has been shipped, Nîmes Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your package.
STANDARD DELIVERY TERMS
- This is a standard tracked service so no signature is required. The courier will attempt to deliver your order first time, if nobody is in he will try a neighbour or safe place.
- Once this order is tracked as delivered whether it be to you, your neighbour or safe place Nimes Ltd cannot be held accountable for missing orders.
- Once your order has been shipped, Nîmes Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your package
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- All of our International orders are shipped via DHL on a Standard or Express International Tracked and/or Signed service.
- Please note we will not be held responsible for any duty or customs charges that may occur on international orders. These charges will need to be paid by you (the customer).
