CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Nimes Ltd are happy to Exchange/Refund unwanted items purchased between 22/11/17 – 24/12/17 if they are returned on or before 06/01/18. Items must be returned in their original condition (including tags) with valid Proof of Purchase (Receipt or Gift Receipt). No returns will be processed between 26/12/17 and 30/12/17.

Please note; any items purchased during this time using a discount code/sale item can only be exchanged or issued with a store credit.

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges of goods in perfect condition will be accepted if returned within 14 days of purchase.

Please note; all items purchased in the sale or with a discount code are ineligible for a refund and can only be exchanged or issued with a store credit.

Please note; Swimwear and Headwear are ineligible for return, refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons

if you require a refund because the product does not fit or you have changed your mind, then the full cost you paid for the item ONLY will be refunded ie. excluding the original postage amount, if you require an item exchange then the new items(s) will be posted to you at our cost, once only (UK Mainland Only).

If the free delivery over £65 offer was used that will be taken in to account and £5.99 at the current date will be deducted from any refunds i.e if you order is to the value of £100 but you would like to return 1 pair, you will be refunded £50 less £5.99.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labels/tags attached.

If you do not comply with the above then do not send your items back to us, please email customercare@nimes.co.uk and we will do our best to help you out.

Remember to ask for proof of postage and use a tracked service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery when you post your return, as we will not accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post. We do not cover the cost of return postage.

Once we have received the goods back to us, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed and the refund to reach your account.

Please note we will not be held responsible for any duty or customs charges that may occur on international orders. If there are any charges on returns/exchanges to the UK then these will be deducted from your refunded amount.
