CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY 2018
Items purchased from the 1st December 2018 until the 24th of December 2018 will have an extended returns policy which will be eligible for a refund or exchange until January 7th 2019. All items returned/exchanged are as per our standard policy below.
We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it to us in perfect unused & unwashed condition and sellable condition within 14 days of the date on your receipt. All items must be returned in their original packaging and with the original labels/tags still attached. We please ask that you fold returned items neatly before sending them back to us.

We do offer full refunds or exchanges to all full priced and sale items, please make sure that you fill out your returns form in full before sending it back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return. We aim to process all returns within 7 days of us receiving the goods back in our warehouse, however in some busy periods this may take longer, if we have gone over 7 days then please email us at: email@example.com
If you require a refund then the full cost you paid for the item only will be refunded to your original method of payment ie. Excluding the original postage amount, if you require an item exchange then the new items(s) will be posted to you at our cost, once only (UK Mainland Only).
If the free delivery offer was used that will be taken in to account and the delivery cost at the current date will be deducted from any refunds i.e if you order is to the value of £100 but you would like to return 1 pair, you will be refunded £50 less postage.
We do not offer free returns however we will cover the cost of your return postage if your item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item. Please email us first at: firstname.lastname@example.org
All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. If you return your item in an unsaleable condition or with tags removed then we reserve the right to withhold your refund and you will forfeit the item. If you are returning items from 2 or more separate orders please make sure that each order number and item is clearly listed on the return form.
We do not accept the return of the following items due to hygiene reasons:
- Swim wear
- Head wear
Please be very careful when trying products as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund if the product is returned with any smell, marks, stains or hairs on. Please thoroughly inspect any item you order from us on receipt and notify us straight away as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition.
If you do not comply with the above then do not send your items back to us, please email email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Returning your item
Remember to ask for proof of postage and use a tracked service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery when you post your return, as we will not accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post.
Please note we will not be held responsible for any duty or customs charges that may occur on international orders. If there are any charges on returns/exchanges to the UK then these will be deducted from your refunded amount.
I have received a faulty or incorrect item
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience it may cause. Please inform us within 14 days from receipt of the item and we will rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
